What is FTI?

FTI stands for Failure to Implement. This diagnosis is for people who know about health and wellness, yet fail to implement the strategies. It is very common, and fortunately, very treatable. We just need a little reminder from our friend, Will Power. If Will is a good friend, he will help us through the holiday season unscathed, ready to tackle 2018 in the best health of our lives.

Why is FTI so common?

The health revolution is going on right now. Millions are sick and very frustrated with their medical doctor high up on their pedestal, “Listen to me or you will die.” People do not want to take pills and get dangerous procedures. They seek answers to the CAUSE of sickness.

The truth about wellness is out there. My book, website and thousands of other books and health sites promote the truth about wellness. You ARE reading this information. You ARE learning. What the holistic docs are saying makes perfect sense to you.

You do get it! BUT…you FTI, fail to implement. You complain about time, you complain about cost, you complain about the best way to start.

Defeat FTI. 5 Strategies to Implement Today

  1. Eat organic food in your home. That’s right. Only buy organic veggies, nuts/seed, eggs, avocado, and coconut. Only purchase 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef for food in your house. No matter WHAT you are eating or drinking, make it organic. There are plenty of organic ice cream companies to serve you. Plenty of organic potato chips and tons of organic chocolate. Heck, there is even organic Candy Corn!
  2. Get outside and walk. Go for a walk either in the morning or in the evening, but try to get out in the light. Before a meal or after for JUST 5 minutes. Longer is better, but if short on time, get the 5 minutes. Nasty weather is upon many of you. Get outside today!
  3. Go to sleep 1 hour earlier than usual. You can do the math. Our ancestors went to sleep with the sundown and awoke with the sunrise. The Wolfson’s are in bed by 8 pm. If you suffer from fatigue, it could be a sleep issue, not your thyroid or adrenals. Poor sleep can effect those organs, but poor sleep is the CAUSE. I have a chapter in my book dedicated to sleep.
  4. Relax. Find 10 minutes to just sit (or lay) down, close your eyes, and rest. Clear your mind and find happy thoughts. Think about a vacation you took or a place you have been. Maybe a place you would like to go. Find peace for 10 minutes.
