Ginger-Kale Detox Smoothie

Here’s a great tasting, detox smoothie recipe that brings you all the benefits of ginger and kale. We love the taste, plus it’s easy to make.

Ingredients- organic

  • One frozen, organic banana
  • A handful of organic kale
  • ½- 1 teaspoon freshly grated, organic ginger
  • A handful of organic blueberries
  • ½ cup chopped, organic pineapple
  • Raw honey
  • ½ cup homemade, organic almond milk
  • *For less spice, add ½ teaspoon ginger to start


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender or Vitamix.
  2. Blend, scraping down on the sides.
  3. Add in almond milk, as needed.
  4. Pour into glasses and drink up for health!
