12 Gluten-Free Healthy Holiday Desserts

If you’re serving desserts this holiday season (and who isn’t?), then make sure they are HEALTHY desserts.

Healthy desserts are also great tasting desserts. We are going to share with you 12 of our staff’s favorite dessert recipes for the holidays.

Traditional holiday baking recipes are loaded with artificial ingredients, refined sugar, processed flours and GMO oils.

The recipes I’m going to share are all gluten-free. Some are grain-free. Most are compliant with all diets, including vegan and Paleo.

The key to healthy holiday baking is to source healthy alternative ingredients. You’ll see that reflected in these recipes.

Be sure to use organic, non-GMO ingredients. If you’re using a sugar, try substituting with a natural option like raw honey whenever possible.
