Homocysteine is a critical molecule in the body. We don’t want too much, and we don’t want too little. Measuring levels is a simple blood test.
Our first suggestion to lower homocysteine is Homocysteine Support by The Drs. Wolfson. 1 cap per day and get re-tested.
The optimal level of homocysteine is 5-7.

Choline- reference. Eggs. Also in our MULTI and Super B. Methyl groups in this B vitamin known as B4.
Creatine- reference Animal products. No need to do a creatine powder. Stick with grass-fed animals and seafood.
